Play therapy supports a wide range of emotional, cognitive, behavioural and social difficulties for children aged 3-13 years.

The therapy sessions allow a safe space for the child where, with the therapists support, they can work on what is presenting on a sub conscience and conscience level.

Filial Therapy puts emphasis on the parent - child relationships and looks at ways to strengthen the relationship and improve any child or family difficulties as well as prevent future difficulties.

The Filial therapy is based on a psychoeducational framework where the therapist teaches the parents play therapy skills.

The Learn to Play Therapy is a program used to increase a child's ability to instigate their own pretend play. Pretend play is essential in developing social, language and problem solving skills.

We recognise that the parent is extremely important in the child's world.
